Why Single Origin Peruvian Coffee?
The origins of Peruvian coffee go all the way back to the 1700s. While Peru makes for an excellent climate to grow coffee beans—thanks to the wide range of microclimates within the Amazon Rainforest—Peruvian coffee was largely enjoyed only by local farmers for hundreds of years.
Since the 1900s, however, Peru has grown into one of the 10 largest coffee producers in the entire world. And you don’t get that level of popularity by accident. The vibrant flavor and the organic growing techniques used by local producers make Peruvian coffee beans a favorite for coffee lovers across the globe.
At Cooper’s Cask Coffee, we use only the freshest, organic single origin Peruvian coffee beans imported by our distributors. What does single origin mean you may ask? It means that we use only Peruvian beans when producing a bag of this medium roast favorite. Where other producers blend their different imports and store them in warehouses—degrading and oxidizing their flavor for the sake of convenience—we freshly roast our single origin Peruvian coffee beans to ensure customers unique aromas and taste profiles specific to the region.
However, this is just one part of our approach. Beyond using grade 1 single origin beans, we also take the step of using a small batch roasting process. Roasting a ton of coffee beans at once may result in more production, but it sacrifices the taste profile dramatically.
Our goal at Cooper’s Cask Coffee is to always do what we can to ensure the best possible product for customers so that they can feel the same love for our coffee as we do. Quality is at the center of everything we do, and small batch roasting allows us to have complete control over the taste profile. This fresh roasting process means that every bag of single origin Peruvian coffee to order ensures maximum flavor, taste, caffeine, and enjoyment.
We may have spent thousands of hours on our craft, tweaking our profiles to create the perfect combination, but it’s worth it to produce the best possible cup of coffee. That’s why coffee snobs, newbies, and agnostics enjoy the taste of our single origin Peruvian coffee.
With your choice of whole bean, course ground, or drip, this medium roast provides an easy-going and flavorful experience that’s perfect as a hot or cold brew. If you’re looking for a sweeter, brighter taste profile that includes smooth caramel and hints of cherry and citrus, try out a bag of our single origin Peruvian coffee beans.
