We also pair amazing coffee beans with award winning Whiskey from Sons of Liberty Spirits (Peacedale, RI) and RUM from Thomas Tew Rum (Newport, RI) and have created some amazing taste profiles.

Whether it’s our Barrel Aged Coffee or single origin coffees; Our carefully selected single origin coffee beans are grade 1, Farm Gate or Fair Trade selected from the top micro lot farmers in their respected regions.
If you want to try something different our Cooper’s Cask Coffee pairs Micro-lot single origin coffee beans that are selected from specific regions from around the world. They are selected for their delicate nuances which complement and enhance the flavors from the barrel aging process. The coffee is then roasted to a specific roast level according to the master roaster in small batches to ensure a consistent and amazing test profile is created.
The more traditional coffee drinker will enjoy our selection of single origin coffees including Cooper’s Fair Trade, Organic Sumatra Dark Roast, Colombian, Ethiopian, Rwanda, Kenya, Ethiopian Decaf and Costa Rica decaf coffees. Learn more about our coffees and our Master Roasters below.
