One of our specialties at Cooper’s Cask Coffee, our malt whiskey barrel coffee is a crowd favorite for its freshness and rich flavor. Using our grade 1 single origin coffee bean from the Sumatran sub-region Lintong, we apply our signature barrel aging process to further enhance the taste before roasting fresh.

Our team produces each bag of rye whiskey barrel aged coffee using premium single origin Ethiopian beans—we then kick it up a notch with our signature barrel aging process to add in the absorbed flavors of whiskey and rich oak from the barrels. What results is an intoxicating medium roast with a mix of complex flavors.
