Mobile Terms of Service

The Cooper’s Cask Coffee mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Cooper’s Cask Coffee, LLC (“Cooper’s Cask Coffee,” “GO MENTAL Coffee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Your use of this Service constitutes agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”).

These Mobile Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both of which apply to your use of our websites and messaging services.

We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also update these Mobile Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.


1. Consent & Program Description

By consenting to our SMS/text messaging Service, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional text messages from or on behalf of Cooper’s Cask Coffee LLC, which operates both Cooper’s Cask Coffee and GO MENTAL Coffee.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology to the mobile number you provide, even if it is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.

Messages may include:

  • Service-related communications such as order updates, account alerts, and support notifications.

  • Promotional communications such as sales, product launches, restock alerts, and cart reminders.

Participation is voluntary and not a condition of purchase.


2. Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies by campaign and may include both SMS and MMS messages.
We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply.
You are responsible for all fees billed by your mobile carrier.


3. Opt-Out & Withdrawal of Consent

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by texting STOP to +1 833-490-6639 or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in any message.
After you send STOP, you’ll receive one confirmation message, and then no further marketing texts will be sent unless you opt back in.

Transactional messages (such as order or shipping confirmations) may still be sent.

You may also withdraw consent or manage preferences by emailing sales@cooperscoffeeco.com or submitting a privacy request through our website.


4. HELP & Support

We aim to respond to HELP or support inquiries within 1–2 business days.


5. Number Changes

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you must re-enroll with your new number to continue receiving messages. We are not responsible for messages sent to numbers that are no longer in service.


6. Carrier & Delivery Disclaimers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery depends on your mobile network and signal availability.
We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control that affect delivery.


7. Service Provider (Klaviyo)

Our SMS program is powered by Klaviyo, which provides compliant automation, segmentation, and analytics. Klaviyo may collect and store message-level engagement data (e.g., delivery, opens, clicks) to support lawful operation of the Service.


8. Data Collection & Privacy

We respect your privacy.
When you enroll in our SMS program, we collect your phone number, message consent timestamp, and interaction data (such as delivery and opt-out status).
This information is used to manage message delivery, maintain compliance, and improve our marketing communications.

We retain message data (including opt-in and opt-out logs) only as long as necessary to comply with applicable laws and carrier requirements.


9. Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected message delivery, for any errors in content, or for actions you take in reliance on information sent via the Service.


10. Governing Law

These Mobile Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
